My Sony Ericsson K770i Uplorry

Cellphone failure for the fourth time in a year! Its really pissed me off and i went down to their services centre to ask for a new handset replacement this time. Initially the services staff told me its quite impossible but after some complaining and checking out my cellphone's past record they finally agree... sigh~~
