The Curious Case of Benjamin Button

I watched this movie last week... its a lovely movie but a bit preachy and draggy yet i dropped a tears or two...cmon it touches my heart le... Heard that the movie script had circulated Hollywood for more than 20 years until now Fincher finally make this epic tales based on F. Scott Fitzgerald to the big screen. Those who love romantic fantasy movie make sure u dont miss it! I would rate this movie 8 out of 10 popcorns but i dont think it worth 13 academy award nominations.

The Year of OX

Chinese New Year is around the corner. I'm in a mist of preparation... a good clean up for my house, putting up some deco, bought some goodies and not forgetting the bak kwa (barbecued pork slice) also.

Chinese New Year ist um die Ecke. Ich bin in einem Nebel der Vorbereitung ... eine gute Reinigung für mein Haus, das Aufstellen von einigen Deco, kaufte einige Goodies und nicht zu vergessen die bak kwa (gegrilltes Schweinefleisch Stück) auch.

In chinese astrology, this year is the OX year... my mum's chinese zodiac. God gracious she is 48 this year... hopes this auspicious year bringing us good health and good wealth.

Benji's Big Day (early morning)

12.50 am// wee hour, me still wondering.. go or not to go to Benji's Wedding? And if i really wanna go then what should i wear..this is so last minute!! Initially decided not to go then a friend offered to hitch his ride. Conveniences makes me changed my mind.
The happy go lucky guy i once knew 5years back gonna pledge his wedding vows today! I wish him all the best... may happiness be with you always, NEMO! Congratulation! Okay, time to get some beauty rest...will decide by tomorrow morning when i rise and shine...

Kena Chopped!

I went to a nail specialist shop to book an appointment for pedicure and manicure service for this upcoming Chinese New Year. To my surprise they have this 10 dollars added surcharge and i have to pay e full amount for deposit policies!!! WAT THE F***S is this! I really cannot believe it, daylight robbery... no wonder they still have slot for an appointment on 24th January while others fully booked. Okay.. me die die must get my pedi and mani done so unwillingly i passed them my credit card..signed..chopped!

P/S: I learnt my lesson well, next time gonna book earlier.. kiasu abit two month in advance. And i swear i wont step my foot into your shop again after this appointment! This is not a way for doing business, so scamming!
