entree.. bacon wrapped snapper with citrus pumpkin sauce


appetizer... baked cheesy scallop with stir fried long bean

pumpkin sweet potato with coconut milk soup

red wine poached pear with mango and whipped cream


personally i think the appetizer is the best...*two thumbs up* yummy
A 4-course dinner prepared by me in celebration of personal thanksgiving...welcome home jack! I whipped up 4-course inclusive of soup, appetizer, entree, and dessert. Im so impressed with
myself cos they are so pretty and yummy...wahaa..haaa....
