appetizer... baked cheesy scallop with stir fried long bean
 red wine poached pear with mango and whipped cream
 
personally i think the appetizer is the best...*two thumbs up* yummyA 4-course dinner prepared by me in celebration of personal thanksgiving...welcome home jack! I whipped up 4-course inclusive of soup, appetizer, entree, and dessert. Im so impressed with
myself cos they are so pretty and yummy...wahaa..haaa....
